EXTRA VIRGIN Olive Oil from our olive trees, from the picual and arbequina varieties, and from limited production. Obtained from our Son Galiot farm, in the town of Selva, at the Serra de Tramuntana.
Olive variety: Arbequina and picual Preparation: Centrifugation Origin: Son Galiot (Jungle) Collection: First fortnight of November Acidity level: 0.1% oleic acid Sensory analysis: apple, artichoke, green grass, young almond, tomato, mint, ripe fruit, walnuts and banana.

Realización de proyecto de instalación fotovoltaica sobre cubierta en nuestras oficinas con un valor de inversión de 11.403,65 euros con el objetivo de reducir el consumo energético y las emisiones de CO₂. Se ha montado una instalación fotovoltaica de 9,69 kWp y 9 kW, logrando reducir así el consumo energético en un 70%.
Este proyecto ha sido financiado con el apoyo del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea, concretamente el Plan de Inversiones para la Transición Energética de les Illes Balears (PITEIB). Se nos concede una subvención de 5.654,70 euros.
